Thank you for visiting our website, www.karad.city (“Website”) or downloading our mobile application ("App").
General Terms & conditions are as follows

• Once service order completed No refund will be issued.
• We charge only labour fees. In case of spare requirement, spare charges extra will be levied as per requirements.
• Some times, item must be carried to service center for additional repairing work. Inward Challan will be issued to customer for carrying item to service center.
• Repairing involves error and trial methods. No liability will be given in case of alteration of product required for repairing process.
• Customer has to take backup of data. No excuses will be entertained for data loss caused due to repairing process.
• There is no warranty on repaired items.
• In case of any grievance arising from the use of the Website or the App, please write to the Grievance Officer at info@karad.city
